Product details

HSS-Co5, DIN 338, Type N, point angle 130°, profile-ground, right-hand cutting, crosswise grinding according to DIN 1412 C, with offset shank. The fully ground twist drill has a higher concentricity. Suitable for unalloyed and alloyed steels (up to 1,100 N/mm² strength), hot- and cold-work steels, heat-treated and hardened steels, as well as rust- and acid-resistant steels. Ideal for drilling larger bore diameters for all conventional drills with a chuck up to 13.0 mm. Further technical information: cutting direction is right-hand cutting, feed in steel up to 800 N is 0.14 mm/rev, quality is profile-ground, and length of shank is 30 mm.
