The IDPN Vigi circuit breaker from Schneider Electric is a highly advanced residual current device that combines overcurrent protection and residual current protection in one unit. This combination RCD/MCB is designed for use in final circuits and provides comprehensive protection against overcurrents and earth faults. With a rated current of 16A and an earth fault sensitivity of 300mA, it meets the requirements of the IEC/EN 61009 and IEC/EN 60947-2 standards. The switch is mechanically isolated and features a clear display for fault tripping as well as a test button for regular functional checks. The thermomagnetic tripping unit ensures reliable switching operations, while the tool-free installation option simplifies the setup process. The IDPN Vigi is also expandable with optional auxiliary modules, making it a flexible solution for various applications.
