SKF self-aligning ball bearings - open design, 108 TN9 8 x 22 x 7

Bearing series 12, 22, 108, 126, 129. Self-aligning ball bearings feature two rows of balls and a common concave spherical raceway in the outer ring. They are angularly movable and insensitive to angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing. This makes them particularly suitable for bearing applications where significant shaft deviations or alignment errors are expected. Self-aligning ball bearings also have the lowest friction of all rolling contact bearings, allowing them to operate more quietly and cooler even at higher speeds.
