The hoist is operated manually and does not require an additional power source, making it extremely versatile. The hoist can be attached to a stable hook on the ceiling or a scaffold. A second hook is provided for the load and can be secured with a safety latch to prevent the object from slipping. You can block the chain while lifting or lowering as needed, giving you full control when working with the lifting device.
