The Comet greenhouse gives beginners a quick start in greenhouse gardening.
The roofing made of 4 mm thick, UV-stabilised twin-wall sheets (HKP) ensures solid insulation properties. The HKP not only cushions temperature drops, such as at the beginning and end of the season and especially at night, but also protects your plants from too much sunlight - factors that the beginner need only worry about to a limited extent if he has covered the greenhouse properly. Compared to glass, twin-wall sheets are unbreakable and also lighter.
The Comet is characterised by the fastening of the sheets by means of a novel combination of insertion and clamp technology. A smooth-running, ball-bearing sliding door with a width of 61 cm and a height of 161 cm provides easy access and, together with the openable skylight, ensures optimal ventilation, especially on hot days. A foundation frame (H 12.5 cm) made of galvanised and colour-coated sheet steel is particularly helpful for the ground-level and right-angled assembly of the greenhouse.
