With the specially designed Wiha slimTECHNOLOGY for electrical applications, the protective insulation is integrated into the blade, allowing for blades that are up to 33% slimmer. This way, slimBits can easily access deep-seated screws and spring elements. The insulated slimBits are subjected to individual testing according to the international standard IEC 60900, enabling safe work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC. 6 mm slimBits are only to be used with the slimVario® bit holder and slimTorque VDE bit holder (VDE torque system).
