In oily or humid working environments, there is a risk that the screwdriver handle provides little grip, making it difficult to apply higher torque. The MicroFinish® screwdriver prevents this with its micro-fine surface, ensuring optimal grip. The solid steel cap at the end of the handle allows for targeted hammer strikes to loosen stuck screws. The direct connection between the steel cap and the blade transmits impact energy without loss. Thanks to the hexagonal socket on the blade, higher torque can be applied using a wrench. Wiha screwdrivers also feature a sophisticated handle size concept. With the long, slim handle sizes, small screws can be securely and quickly driven in. For driving larger screws, there are larger handle sizes that allow for higher torque to be applied. Additionally, the various handle sizes are designed to fit the consistently sized hands of professional users.
