This cast iron Dutch Oven with a matching lid is the cooking utensil for outdoor kitchens. Seasoning: For the first seasoning, clean the pot and lid with hot water and rub the Dutch Oven with a neutral-flavored vegetable fat. Then, place the pot upside down in the oven at 180 °C for one hour, and afterward, evenly spread the remaining fat. Please do this regularly to fill the pores in the pot and develop a patina that protects against rust.

Cleaning: For cleaning, only use hot water and scrub off any larger food residues with a brush. Do not use soap or cleaning agents, and re-grease the pot after each cleaning. Do not store food residues or ash in the Dutch Oven, as they can cause rust when combined with moisture.
