To comply with the new EU emissions regulations aimed at reducing pollutant emissions, diesel drivers must fill up with the additive AdBlue. AdBlue is a clear liquid that performs selective catalytic reduction in an SCR catalyst.

This special fluid is a mixture of 67.5% demineralized water and 32.5% pure urea. The non-toxic additive allows compliance with emission limits without compromising the efficiency and performance of the engine.

AdBlue must never be added to the diesel tank; therefore, the diesel vehicle must be equipped with an additional tank for this special fluid.

For the easy transfer and refilling of AdBlue from, for example, an IBC tank or drum, we offer the following solution:

A set consisting of a self-priming diaphragm pump mounted on a base plate, a manual plastic dispensing tap, 2 dispensing hoses with plastic filters, and various connectors.

The AdBlue pump has a motor voltage of 230 volts. It has a delivery rate of 40 liters per minute. The suction height is 5 m, and the delivery height is 15 m. The maximum working pressure is 2.8 bar.

The ergonomically shaped dispensing tap without automatic shut-off is made of sturdy plastic and features a stainless steel outlet nozzle, making it ideal for AdBlue.

The included black hoses are only suitable for AdBlue.

The device has 1-inch hose connection fittings.
