The outdoor dining table Tablo features metal legs with a simple design and a tabletop made of tropical softwood, Thermo Ayous. Thermo Ayous is FSC-certified wood. Due to its open cell structure, Ayous wood can be perfectly thermally treated using steam or heat. The wood is heated to up to 215 degrees Celsius. This process makes Thermo Ayous wood more resistant to moisture and maintenance-free for decades. After treatment, Ayous wood has a beautiful modern and warm appearance. Shortly thereafter, the wood takes on a golden-yellow color, gradually aging evenly, just like tropical hardwood. Would you prefer to maintain the original color? You can treat the wood with stain or varnish if desired. The base has an A-shape and is made from a matte black powder-coated steel tube frame measuring 80 mm x 80 mm.
