Filling oil is one of the most common tasks in car repair or vehicle maintenance. A sufficient oil level is crucial for the lubrication of the engine. Difficulties often arise when the oil fill opening is located in a hard-to-reach spot. This set presented here is extremely useful for those who cannot or do not want to fill the lubricant without assistance.
With our 8-piece oil funnel set from XPOtool made of durable plastic, oil can be filled quickly without any spills that need to be awkwardly cleaned up. Using the 2-liter funnel is very simple: the closure cap of the fill opening is removed, and one of the 6 included adapters is attached and secured. This makes the set compatible with almost all common car brands. For hard-to-reach areas, the practical angled funnel extension is used; otherwise, just the funnel is needed. Since the extension is swiveling, it can be positioned in any desired direction. The oil is then poured into the top of the funnel and flows through the adapter into the oil tank. Afterward, the funnel, adapter, and fill arm are removed again.
The different colors of the adapters are very helpful, as the appropriate attachment can be selected with a single touch. Four screw adapters have sizes M32, M35, M37, and M42. Two additional attachments feature bayonet connections, making them compatible with cars from brands such as Audi, BMW, Dodge, Honda, Mazda, Mercedes, Nissan, Subaru, Toyota, Volvo, and VW. The set can be easily transported anywhere thanks to the practical carrying case in which it is neatly organized.
Tip: To measure the oil level correctly, the engine must reach operating temperature.
