3. Einhell Swivel arm GT-SA 1200
The extremely sturdy Einhell SA 1100 swing arm is a practical arm for swinging loads into position by cable winch. Using the clamps which are also included it can be quickly and easily fitted to a vertical mast or post of the right dimensions and can be lengthened by telescopic action from 730 mm to 1110 mm. With its shortest reach the arm has a load bearing capacity of 600 kg, with its maximum reach the load capacity is 300 kg. The Einhell rope hoist TC-EH 600 is a powerful assistant when heavy loads need to be lifted and transported in the hobby workshop, garage, or at home construction sites. Einhell has placed great emphasis on functionality: the rope hoist is equipped with a twist-free and extra-long wire rope of 18 meters (diameter 4.5 millimeters) instead of just 12 meters, allowing for a lifting height of up to 18 meters without a pulley and the ability to transport loads of 300 kilograms at a speed of eight meters per minute. With the help of the pulley, the lifting capacity can be increased to 600 kilograms, with a lifting height of nine meters and a lifting speed of four meters per minute. The pulley with load hook thus doubles the maximum load weight. An added benefit for work safety is provided by an operating switch with an emergency stop and a safety latch on the load hook. An automatic brake additionally secures the load in any position. The rope hoist is also equipped with an automatic shut-off feature, which prevents motor overheating. 6. Wiltec Idler pulley
This pulley can be used to change the guidance of the rope within a cable pull. The force distribution can also be changed using the pulley. In this way, a wire rope hoist can be easily adapted to the conditions on site.
The side covers, which are mounted on a movable axle, are turned apart and the rope is inserted into the pulley. When the rope is in the pulley, the covers must be twisted together again until the two eyelets are on top of each other. The eyelet should be fastened with webbing or a sling made from a textile material. Hooks or eyelets made of metal must not be used to fasten the pulley. The bearing of the pulley must also be greased before first use.
