Makita DTW 300

Impact wrench

Question about Makita DTW 300

As I need the cordless screwdriver for a lifting bed, it should not produce any impacts, otherwise the gearbox from the bed will break. Can the impact screwdriver be deactivated and used as a "normal" cordless screwdriver? And I should have as low a speed as possible with as high a torque as possible. This would be given here or?

The Makita DTW300Z has proven to be a useful tool when changing wheels and also for assembly work, e.g. heavy-duty dowels. If you want to use it to screw down your bed or its suspension, the DTW300Z would be the right tool. A soft start is not to be expected with an impact wrench due to its design.
Therefore, I cannot imagine any other use around the bed.

This is the wrong tool for your need.
No, as far as I know, it cannot be deactivated and the speed is not exactly low either. This tool is ideal for changing the wheels on your car, for example.
