How long is the tape? The product is 120 x 240 cm, so is the tape 720cm? I want to cover several smaller window frames with it, so I need to cut to size and need more tape.

I fitted it a while ago on one window and I remember that some tape was left over. But if you want to do several windows, I don't think the one supplied in the packet is enough.
Unfortunately I can't tell you the exact length because I threw away the piece that was left over.
