Depends on the window, I guess. It is fabric afterall, so probably not ideal to leave it up in the wet all winter, but if you leave the velcro strips up you should just be able to reapply the netting next summer.

In my opinion, an unfortunate description. Both are insect nets made of polyester. One in black and one in white. The white version is visually visible when mounted, so it looks more like a curtain. The black version is visually barely visible, which I personally prefer.

It doesn't have white grilles. So it doesn't on my unit. It's just an industry standard.
You can use two side by side without any problems, I have already done this with similar nets and let them overlap enough. Depending on how stable the nets are afterwards, you can leave it like this or sew the nets together with needle and thread every 20cm or so after they are mounted :) Works great!
