I bought this device exactly one month ago and was disappointed that it didn't come with 2x ProCore batteries as shown in the photo. Is there a way to get/exchange them after all? It's a deceptive package when you hear here that it is supposed to have ProCore batteries, these are also pictured and then you get normal 18V batteries. I look forward to your reply Best regards

ProCore batteries are certainly included here. We assume that you bought this offer, this one has different batteries
