I have two extremely large windows in the flat (218x137cm WxH). Is there really no product from Tesa for this? Does anyone have a similar problem? Does anyone use two of these nets side by side, is that effective?

You can use two side by side without any problems, I have already done this with similar nets and let them overlap enough. Depending on how stable the nets are afterwards, you can leave it like this or sew the nets together with needle and thread every 20cm or so after they are mounted :) Works great!
