I recently bought a rare LEGO set, and unfortunately, the original box arrived visibly damaged. As a collector, this was incredibly disappointingânot just because of the aesthetics, but because the condition of the original packaging significantly affects the value and integrity of the set. When I contacted Galaxus about the issue, this was their response: âPlease note that the outer packaging and original packaging are used to protect products during transportation. Damage â especially to the original packaging â may be unattractive, but is not a cause for concern as long as the product itself is undamaged and in perfect working order. Damage to the packaging can therefore not be processed as transport damage.â Honestly, I found this quite frustrating. This kind of reply completely downplays how important the original box isâespecially for rare or retired sets. To many of us in the LEGO community, the box is PART of the product. Itâs not just cardboard. It represents the setâs history, collector value, and resale potential. A damaged box can mean a significant drop in valueâeven if the bricks inside are untouched. Iâm shocked that a sales operations specialist handling collectible items doesnât seem to recognize this. Iâm curiousâhas anyone else had similar experiences? How do you usually deal with sellers who donât understand the collectorâs perspective?

Hello Kol(lego)s. I have been collecting Lego sets for a few years now and some sets are also assembled đ. Unfortunately, Galaxus does not value quality and delivery and even puts stickers on every set... a problem that seems to have gone unresolved for years. To the collectors: where do you buy your sets? Or what experiences have you had?

Hello Galaxus Lego fans, I would like to know how you judge the very high prices for old Lego sets on the website? I have noticed that for some time now more and more third-party suppliers have been offering their Lego sets for sale on Galaxus and I think it's great that you can get sets that are not or no longer available in retail stores. However, the prices are sometimes 1.5-2.5 times higher than the usual OVP prices on Lego resale platforms. Of course, every buyer and supplier is free to buy or sell their products at any price they want, but for me I lose a bit of trust in the platform when I see these sometimes fictitious prices and I could imagine that others feel the same way. Unfortunately, the Galaxus guidelines do not allow me to add a comment to the products including a price comparison. Is Galaxus doing enough here to protect consumers or should the Community guidelines be adapted in the case of third-party providers to ensure a little more transparency in the prices? And how much "convenience surcharge" do you think is still justified? At what price factor do you see this as "problematic"?

I am looking for a storage solution for clamping blocks that is also suitable for children and that they can also use on the floor. It should be stackable. It should be possible to remove the lids completely.

When will this set be available again?

Hi :) I have some sets that are simply displayed unprotected on shelves and that collect dust over time. I have now started looking for display cabinets. There are individual boxes (very expensive) or entire display cabinets, but these are usually not heavy enough per glass shelf. How do you do it? What have you bought for protection?

Hello everyone Why do some Lego models, e.g. 42159 Yamaha, have two different prices? What is behind this? Is it an attempt to make the customer take the more expensive one, or just an oversight? Many thanks for your clarification Best regards

Hello Community Since I basically build all the Lego sets I buy, I was wondering: Which set did you enjoy building the most? Which set had the most "WOW" or "AHA" effects? A set with particularly sophisticated inner workings? I'm looking forward to reading about your favourites (also sets that are still available).

Unfortunately, the quality of Lego Legos is steadily declining. I have been looking for quality alternatives that are suitable for children for a long time. Please include Lego brands like BlueBrix or Qman in your offer. Thank you for a serious consideration =)

To Galaxus: Would it be possible to separate Lego bricks, even if mixed, from Lego sets when searching? When I go to new at Galaxus, I first see hundreds of different individual (or mixed) bricks before I get to the first set. I've already lost my desire for Lego sets. Greetings

I just wanted to ask if you already know when the set will be available.

Hello Galaxus Team can you already say when this will be available? https://www.lego.com/de-de...

It's just a bit of a pity to receive a lego UCS set for over 270.- in packaging that is messed up with adhesive tape, and the sticker with the delivery address was slapped on the front upside down. Thank you very much, that would probably be the last order of a UCS set....

Dear Galaxus team, can you add Lego display cases (those plastic covers that you can put over larger models like the Taj Mahal, Empire Statue Building etc.) to your range? over larger models like the Taj Mahal, Empire Statue Building, etc.) into the range? I didn't find any company in Switzerland that offers this, only a UK representative (https://www.idisplayit.co.uk/us) who specifically offers these "plastic covers".

Why is the category "LEGO" filled with more and more brands, some of which have nothing to do with "LEGO"? Or sets from other brands of terminal blocks, although there is also a category for this? Until a few weeks ago, only the "LEGO" brand was represented in the "LEGO" category. Which makes perfect sense in my opinion. But now there are already various others, such as - Artyzan - Askato - Baczek - Briksmax - Clics - Cobi - Dispatch - Dromader - Ecoiffier - Eddy Toys - EP LIne - Euromic - Kids - Lisciani - Maped - Marioinex - Mirage - NoboKids - Nuuroo - PlayGo - Playmobil - Plus-Plus - Polesie - Simba Is there an automated data import going haywire? :)

I click on the LEGO menu item, sort by 'New on Galaxus' and recently see products like the Harry Potter crayons from Maped and many more non-Lego products. You have to pick out the Lego sets in between. I find that unpleasant. Please change it back. A Lego fan.

Hello all Do you already have information about when you will include the Ferrari Daytona in your range? Kind regards Hans-Jörg

Wird dieses Set auch bei Galaxus erhÀltlich sein?https://www.lego.com/de-ch...

Hey Galaxus. Will you also be selling Titanic with 9090 parts from November onwards? That would be great.
 6
Will you also offer the Lego set 76909? Today is actually the release date, but unfortunately it's not in your range.
 2
Will the Horizon Forbidden West longneck from Lego (https://www.lego.com/de-ch...) also be available at Galaxus and if so, when?

Can it be that Galaxus only follows the RRP prices of Lego? For example, the helmet of the Mandalorian costs exactly the same on Galaxus as it does at Lego itself, but there you can still benefit from the VIP points. Of course, shipping is faster at Galaxus, but is it worth ordering Lego at Galaxus just for that reason?

Iâm in my 40s and had 2 strokes. While In rehab I did legos in ergo therapy. Since then Iâve gotten all the SW UCS since the B-wing came out. Ive always been a fan on the franchise and on top of that I notice how much it makes my brain work⊠I really tierd after 30min or so and it helps me do small manipulations with my hands⊠Now I just need another room for my never ending Lego collection đ

Hello all Do you have any information about when you will add the BMW M1000 (item 42130) to your range? Greetings Haschu

I've just had a look at a few Technic models here again and I'm absolutely speechless! I was always a huge fan of Technic, but the product and especially the pricing of the last few years is the last straw! There are models for the money that have more and more parts, but because you don't even get a building instruction for a second model lately, I don't find these prices justified anymore. Technic Model 42030 vs. 42055 vs. 42082: While 42030 has just 1636 parts, 42055 has 3929 parts (more than twice as many parts) and both cost 698.- Fr.!!!! The 42082 with 4057 parts costs only 344.- Fr.

Hello Galaxus, have you ever thought about adding display cases for LEGO sets such as those from "idisplayit" or "wicked bricks" to your range?

Why are some Legos 16+ or even 18+? What's so difficult about these? They all come with instructions and stuff. LG Anonymous

Dear Galaxus Team What about the new Architecture model Taj Mahal, which will also be included in the range from 1 June? Kind regards Hans-Jörg
