We present our first 80mm EDF sport jet, the AMXPlanes Talon, in a unique and globally exclusive SIBA design, featuring impressive equipment such as a Hobbywing 100A controller, a 3280-2200KV brushless motor, a total of 8 digital servos with metal gears, plenty of power (thrust over 1:1), and a superb finish that is unmatched.

The assembly of this largely pre-fabricated PNP model is limited to attaching the horizontal stabilizer and the wings. All parts are screwed together, and all cables, the leading edge lights, the landing gear, and a distribution board where all electrical components converge are pre-installed in the model. The fuselage has servo extensions integrated for the horizontal stabilizer. The wings are connected to the counterpart in the fuselage via a multi-pole connector and secured with four screws. This establishes the connection to the ailerons, flaps, lights, and landing gear. The landing gear is electric, made of metal, and tricycle configured. Unevenness during takeoff and slightly harder landings are not an issue.

Thanks to the generous power of the finely balanced 80mm 12-blade impeller and the high-performance brushless motor with a specific RPM of 2200KV on 6S, takeoffs on grass can be achieved after a short run. The maximum speed reaches over 200 km/h, with a flight time of approximately 5-6 minutes using a 5000mAh 6S battery (possibly more depending on flying style). For landing, the flaps can be deployed, significantly reducing the model's speed.

The Talon combines a purebred sport jet with gentle flying characteristics, making it suitable for both professionals and pilots with fewer flight hours. This beautiful aircraft is delivered in a multi-colored printed box with a high-quality Styrofoam insert, where each part has its own designated place, ensuring nothing shifts during transport.
