Croquet Set for 4 Players

Croquet is the ideal game for sunny days. Great outdoors game, ideally on lawn. This is not a game about patience but more about skill and precision and therefore suitable for young and old. A strategic game with the aim to get your own ball with as few hits as possible through the hoops from start to finish. Steering or pushing is not allowed,only hitting the ball through swinging the mallet is a valid turn.

A large flat surface should be used to have the best possible game. Spread the 6 hoops as you wish but remember the ball must go through all in the sequence as stated in the rules. The starting peg marks where all players have to start. Each player gets one turn per round. Always try to only hit your own ball with only the face of the mallet. The sides of the mallet are prohibited. Avoid touching an opponent’s or your own ball, as this would be a fault and your turn ends, even if it was accidental. The game is over, as soon as the ball of one player has passed through all the hoops in sequence and has touched the target peg.
