The Brontosaurus from Schleich Dinosaurs has a long tail, a massive body, and a slender neck. The dino weighed about 15 tons and was 22 meters long. So far, a skeleton of the Brontosaurus has been found, but no skull. It is presumed that it had a rather small head, similar to that of the Apatosaurus. The name Brontosaurus means "thunder lizard." Researchers once believed that the dino would whip its tail like a whip. The Brontosaurus is one of the most well-known herbivorous dinosaurs of the Late Jurassic. It likely stood on its hind legs to reach taller plants.
