But then there are another fifteen (!) products that are not beard waxes. What is the point of a keyword search if products are displayed that I'm not even looking for? I understand that Galaxus also wants to make other similar beard care products palatable to me, but why aren't these products displayed separately from the product I'm actually looking for, à la "customers who search for this product often also search for product x, y & z"? As it is programmed now, the search function is more of a random generator. I hope you realise how quickly the average online shopper switches to another provider when the product they are looking for is so hard to find on your site?
