Nouba Quattro 4-Color Eyeshadow No. 647

Nouba Quattro is a combination of four baked matte eyeshadows. The exclusive selection of ingredients and the use of the most innovative technologies for the micronization of raw materials make these eyeshadows unique. They offer an incomparably soft, lightweight, and barely noticeable texture that is well-covering and long-lasting, with a matte finish.

The colors are rich and harmoniously coordinated: a light shade for a base or highlights, two medium shades for multi-color effects, and a dark shade for eyeliner or contrast. Lipophilic powders and light-reflecting pigments maintain the hydro-lipid film and provide an optical anti-aging effect. Rosemary extract acts as an antioxidant and soothing agent, while sunflower oil has a softening effect.

Application: Apply the Nouba Quattro with eyeshadow brushes. Wet and dry application is possible.
