With the RefectoCil Starter Kit Basic Colours, you have everything you need for tinting eyelashes and eyebrows. The set comes in a small bag, making it easy to transport. The kit includes:

6 tubes of eyelash/eyebrow tint:

• Black 15ml
• Graphite 15ml
• Blue-Black 15ml
• Natural Brown 15ml

Includes:

• Artist Palette, a small bowl with two holes for mixing the tint
• 3% Developer (50ml). To mix with the tint to activate it.

• Eye Make-up Remover 100ml: Gently removes eye make-up before tinting eyelashes.
• Tint Remover 100ml: Removes tint from the skin. If tint is on the skin, such as on the eyebrows, apply this product to a cotton pad and rub it on the tint.
