This easy-to-use eyeliner is infused with highly effective pigments that deliver smudge-proof, rich, matte color. The eyeliner features a thermosensory technology that allows the formulation to transform from solid to liquid upon contact with the skin. This creates a flexible, water-resistant film that lasts up to 24 hours.
