Free delivery throughout Germany

We deliver orders over 30 € free of charge to addresses to addresses in Germany. Items in stock at our own warehouse are handled by DHL. Orders from third-party suppliers or one of our merchant partners may be handled by other delivery companies.

For orders under 30 € we charge shipping costs of 3 €.
Why do we charge these costs?
Because the logistical expenses for small orders are comparatively high. By offsetting the shipping costs for small orders, our customers continue to benefit from lower prices for inexpensive products.

Here’s an example: if a customer’s ordered a ballpoint pen for 1,70 €, the shipping costs and other expenses would exceed our margin many times over. Without adding shipping costs, we’d have to put up the price of the pen.

Order by 1 p.m. today, receive your delivery tomorrow

The following applies to all products in stock at our warehouse: All orders made by 1 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are shipped on the same day and are generally (~85%) delivered to the delivery address the next workday (including Saturday). Each product features real-time information on availability.

Free Saturday delivery

All orders made by 1 p.m. Friday are delivered on Saturday – if the desired product is in stock at our logistics centre. Each product features real-time information on availability. General cargo deliveries (larger than parcel post) are excluded from this service.

Pallets and bulky items over 31.5 kg

Particularly heavy items are delivered by a haulage company directly to the point of use. The haulage company will call you beforehand to arrange a suitable delivery time. If they can’t get hold of you by phone, you’ll get an e-mail asking you to contact them.

International delivery is the German subsidiary of the largest Swiss online store, Digitec Galaxus AG, and ships to addresses in Germany. is the Austrian version of the German subsidiary of Digitec Galaxus AG and ships to addresses in Austria.

On our online shops and, you can have orders delivered to private or company addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. 

Unfortunately, we don’t ship to any other countries at this point. Should this change in the future, we’ll be sure to publish a big announcement. 

Transport damage

We package all our orders carefully and do our best to ensure products get to you in perfect condition. However, if your product is damaged during transport, we are, of course, happy to help.

You can reach us quickly and easily via our Help Centre (see menu Help and Contact). The following details will speed up the process even more:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the damage
  • photo of the damage and packaging
  • address where the parcel can be collected if need be
  • workdays on which the parcel can be collected

Collection from a DHL Packstation
