- 30 days for third-party seller products
Our return periods apply from the date of dispatch or date of collection. When returning an item, the stamp date or the date on which it was personally returned applies.
Free returns
You can return products in their original condition simply by registering them in your customer account online.
- Log in and go to «Orders».
- Find the product and click on «Register return».
- Select reason for return
- Register return
- Stick the return label on the parcel

Are there any products that I cannot return?
- Damaged products
- Missing or damaged original packaging
- Products with missing accessories
- Electronic software licences (ESD)
- Plants and food products
- Cars and motorcycles
- Resale offers from private sellers
The following products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened:
- Consumables such as toner, filters, ink cartridges
- Certain hygiene products such as underwear or sex toys
- Books, DVDs and software without broken seals
- Collectibles such as LEGO or Pokémon cards
