Devolver is known for weird press conferences. This year was no exception. That's why there is now a real physical Lootboxcoin. You shouldn't buy it, because it has absolutely no value and is in no way cryptocurrency, Devolver admitted. Nevertheless, the marketing campaign meant that the coin already costs 150 dollars.

New VR game: "Wolfenstein Cyberpilot"

"Rage 2" turns the open-world action screw

The shreds fly in the almost seven-minute video. In vehicles and on foot, you can really let off steam in this post-apocalyptic action role-playing game. Release is spring 2019.

Online survival with "Fallout 76"

You shouldn't expect a classic Bethesda role-playing game with "Fallout 76". Instead, it will be an online survival game. The building components from part 4 have been significantly expanded. You won't lose your progress when you die, as is usually the case in most survival games. Instead, you should be able to drop nuclear bombs on other bases.

Bethesda press conference shows a new "Elders Scrolls"

At the press conference it was the crowning finale, I'm kicking it off. Chief developer Todd Howard has delighted us with a mini-trailer for "The Elders Scrolls 6". However, he does not explain where in Tamriel the game is set, nor when it will be released.

Some "Zelda" feeling for the Xbox One with "Tunic"

The upcoming adventure game "Tunic" by Canadian Andrew Shouldice exudes a strong "Zelda" vibe. He is single-handedly developing this neat game, which will be released for PC and Xbox One. There is no date yet. It will also be released on PS4 at a later date.

"Dragon Ball", "One Piece" and "Death Note" go head to head

Another mash-up awaits players with "Jump Force". In it, characters from "Dragon Ball", "One Piece", "Death Note" and other manga series beat each other up. Release is planned for 2019 for PS4 and Xbox One.

DLC for "Cuphead"

New fodder for platform game fans with strong nerves. "The Delicious Last Course" will also feature a new playable character, Ms Chalice. The DLC will be released in early 2019 for PC and Xbox One.

Short look at the campaign in "Battlefield 5"

War Stories will once again feature in the latest "Battlefield". The first episode sends you to Norway. "Battlefield 5" will be released on 19 October for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

The frogs strike again with "Battletoads"

One of the most iconic NES and SNES games returns. Three-player couch co-op and hand-drawn 2.5D graphics are set to recreate the atmosphere of the time. Release is 2019 for the Xbox One.

No "Skate 4" but "Session"

The Kickstarter project "Session" has made it onto the Xbox stage. Like the "Skate" series, "Session" is also played with two analogue sticks. You will find out whether the skateboarding game hype of the 90s will flare up again at the end of the year when the preview version for PC and Xbox One is released. The final release is planned for 2019.

Snow map for "PUBG"

In addition to the jungle map, which will soon be officially released for PC and will land on Xbox One in summer, something frosty was also teased. A winter map will be added to match the winter. There is also a new mode called War Mode. The motto here is: one shot, one kill.

First gameplay of "Shadow of the Tomb Raider"

First look at "Fallout 76"

"Metro Exodus"

The post-apocalyptic (you'll be hearing that word a lot at this E3) "Metro Exodus" has been given a little more light with a new gameplay trailer. The game is set to be released on 22 February 2019 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

Two new DLCs for "Sea of Thieves"

The piratesque multiplayer adventure urgently needs new content. Developer Rare knows this too and is therefore delivering two DLCs in the next few months. Cursed Sails and Forsaken Shores are scheduled for July and September respectively. Cursed Sails will crew ships with skeletons and unleash them on you and Forsaken Shores will expand the map.

"Kingdom Hearts 3" meets "Frozen"

The mash-up between Square-Enix and Disney characters is certainly one of the weirder combinations out there. The latest trailer shows Elsa from "Frozen" , who will also make an appearance in the third "Kingdom Hearts". The game will be released on 25 January 2019 for Xbox One and PS4.

"Ori and the Will of the Wisps"

Don't let the cuddly look fool you: the first part was already a challenging platformer with crisp gameplay and clever puzzles. The new part should continue where "Ori and the Blind Forest" left off. We'll find out in 2019 when the game is released for PC and Xbox One.

New game in the "Life is Strange" universe

"The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit" is already a great title. It's an adventure game that is intended to serve as an appetiser for "Life is Strange 2". You can download it for free when it is released on 26 June for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

"Crackdown 3" will be postponed

The open-world action superhero game has been postponed again. Early 2019 is now the target. Mascot Terry Crews is unimpressed by this when he talks big in the latest trailer

"Devil May Cry 5"

"Devil May Cry 5" is now the official fifth instalment after the stopover "DmC: Devil May Cry" from 2013. Nero will return as the main character and Capcom is back at the controls of development. The date is spring 2019 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Microsoft has five new developer studios

In order to get to grips with the problem of a lack of exclusive titles, Xbox boss Phil Spencer has now taken countermeasures. He announced that four studios have been acquired and a completely new one has been set up.

"The Division 2" moves to Washington

The post-apocalyptic MMO is no longer set in snowy New York but in Washington. The landscape will also be a little more colourful and the gameplay promises to be more varied. You can get started again on PC, Xbox One and PS4 on 15 March 2019.

The wheels of war keep turning with "Gears of War 5"

In part five, you will once again be able to face fat monsters and chop them up into small pieces with chainsaw rifles. The game now focuses on Kait Diaz, who was also part of the team in part 4. Release date for the Xbox One is 2019

"Cyberpunk 2077" unveiled

Microsoft had the honour of unveiling CD Projekt Red's new work. For their ambitious project, the creators of "The Witcher" are travelling to the future, where you can hang out with cool hackers and drive sleek cars. There was no gameplay or other tangible information about the role-playing game - nor was there a release date.

Microsoft press conference: The Master Chief is back

The adventures of Master Chief continue. But that's all the information we have on "Halo Infinite". Developer 343 Industries is working on the latest instalment with the new Slipsapce engine. It is still unclear when it will be released. After all, the game will also be released for PC again.
