Product details

The ALL-MC116SPV-VDLS2 is a cost-effective unmanaged VDSL2 bridge modem with an integrated 2x port PoE switch according to IEEE802.3at, providing a maximum of 30W per PoE port. It utilizes the G.993.2 VDSL2 standard technology for data transmission over a single copper cable pair. The modem has been specifically designed to support vectoring functionality for telecommunications providers and internet service providers, as well as for hospitality solutions at DSLAMs. It is compatible with standard VDSL2 connections up to 100 Mbit.

The modem features 2x 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet ports with PoE IEEE802.3at, offering a maximum of 30W per port and a PoE budget of 60W. This extender provides a flexible solution for expanding the LAN network and is perfect for use in buildings, hotels, hospitals, or other locations beyond the reach of 10/100/1000Base-T (Ethernet).

The vectoring technology particularly distinguishes the ALL-MC116SPV-VDSL2 from other models, as it is designed for a vectoring connection at a DSLAM, regardless of whether it is used for providers, internet service providers, or in-house DSLAMs. It is important to note that this is an unmanaged device. With unmanaged bridge modems, you have no option to read the bandwidth or set VLAN tags. However, you can read the data at your DSLAM to see how it has synchronized.

The 2x PoE ports according to IEEE802.3at with a maximum of 30W per port are ideal for operating PoE devices such as Wi-Fi access points, PoE tablets, or patient monitors in hospital rooms, hotel rooms, or nursing homes.
