It includes the dispatch of qualified service personnel to provide repairs in the event of a problem, covering parts, labor, and travel costs. The plan offers Next-Business-Day response for the standard on-site offering. Upgrades for one year, including 8-hour and 4-hour on-site response, are available in most locations.
