The APC Back-UPS PRO BR1500G-FR is an uninterruptible power supply with 1500 VA that provides reliable emergency power and surge protection for critical computer equipment. This black UPS unit features six grounded outlets with comprehensive protection: three outlets offer battery backup plus surge protection, while three additional outlets provide surge protection only. With Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) technology, it ensures stable power output within an input voltage range of 156-300 V, protecting connected devices from voltage fluctuations, micro-interruptions, and complete power outages. The built-in battery secures the continuous operation of essential devices such as NAS systems, routers, modems, and media players during power outages. Through the USB connection, the unit enables automatic shutdown of computers and NAS devices at critically low battery levels to prevent data loss and device damage. The LCD display provides clear status information and simplifies operation. The data line protection safeguards network connections against electrical surges, while energy-saving features reduce overall power consumption. The user-replaceable battery cartridge (APCRBC124) allows for easy maintenance without disconnecting the connected devices. This model includes the PowerChute Personal Edition shutdown software, a user manual, and a USB cable for complete setup and monitoring functions.
