Multiple outputs allow for a cost-effective power supply for rack-mounted devices. A branch whip can power several devices; this is a particularly practical way to supply power to rack equipment. By using a branch whip with standard connections, the time and cost involved in installation are reduced. There are various inputs and outputs for distributing 120 V, 208 V, or 230 V mains voltage to multiple outlets. This provides users with the flexibility to adapt to different power requirements. The devices support up to 14.4 kW of power per branch whip. Models are available for horizontal, vertical, and tool-less mounting, providing power connections where they are needed most, right in the racks, close to the devices.
