In addition, the Cat.6 cables react much less sensitively to interference, are more flexible and therefore suitable for uncomplicated installation.

The bend protection sleeve for the plugs also offers protection against unwanted breaking of the plugs. The CAT.6 network cable complies with the EIA/TIA 568B standard for contacting eight-pole RJ-45 plugs.
