The CyberPower PDU44005 provides power from an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), a generator, or mains power for multiple connected devices in IT environments. Two power cables can be connected to separate power sources to offer redundancy for connected devices with a single supply. If the selected power source exceeds the set thresholds or fails, the ATS PDU automatically switches to the other power source (source failure detection time: 2-3 ms, power source transfer time: 2-7 ms) to ensure continuous operation. The device supports remote control of individual outputs over the network, allowing administrators to turn connected devices on and off from any location.

The product is equipped with a hot-swappable Ethernet module that can work with the PowerPanel Power Management Software and the web interface for real-time remote monitoring and configuration. The digital LCD display is also color-configurable, enabling users to easily maintain and monitor the ATS PDU. Users can change the colors of the LCD display to easily categorize devices in server rooms and IT environments. Event logging via a web browser or network connection allows users to review the history of power supply conditions. When specific power supply events occur, automatic event notifications are sent via email, SMS, or SNMP trap to designated users so they can take immediate action. The USB port also supports easy firmware updates. Additionally, the RJ45 port allows for the connection of an optional environmental sensor, enabling real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity.
