This Gigabit Ethernet media converter from Delock can be used to extend a network with a fiber optic connection. Various optional 1 Gb/s SFP modules from Delock can be used in the SFP slot. The RJ45 port supports Power over Ethernet according to IEEE802.3af / 802.3at, allowing PoE-capable devices, such as IP cameras or PoE splitters, to be powered via the network cable.
