The freestanding industrial network cabinets are specifically designed to meet the needs of harsh environments, conforming to protection class IP55. The floor chassis is modularly accessible through its galvanized, bolted panels. Additionally, it features a sliding cable entry with a foam rubber seal and PG cable glands. A base mounted under the cabinet (100 mm) provides additional storage space for excess cables. Inside, there are two pairs of galvanized 483 mm (19") profile rails labeled with height units that can be read from both directions. These rails can be adjusted in depth and are connected with additional depth struts within the cabinet. Each cabinet is a robust steel construction made from up to 2.0 mm thick steel sheet. A continuous perforation supports various installation options within the cabinet. The color finish is in the form of electrostatic powder coating in the standard color gray (RAL 7035). Adhesion capability according to EN ISO 2409: Class 0 to 1, along with a conducted 500-hour resistance test against salt spray, confirms a possible operating temperature range of -25 °C to +70 °C. The removable side panels, secured with countersunk screws, as well as the doors including a swivel handle with a profile half-cylinder, enhance accessibility security.
