PoE is preferably used when there is no power supply available at the operating location, and suitable devices can be powered simultaneously via the incoming network cable. The PoE injector has a data transfer rate of 1 GBit/s (Gigabit Ethernet), an output voltage between 48 and 56 volts, and a power output of up to 30 watts per port. The package includes both rubber feet and mounting brackets, allowing you to install the injector in your server or network cabinet with minimal effort. Power is supplied through the appropriately labeled "PoE" network sockets. The maximum total power of the injector is 250 watts. The PoE output features current limiting, short circuit protection, and automatic device detection and classification for IEEE802.3at PoE+ and IEEE802.3af PoE.
