The HÜP consists of a three-part housing. The base plate is fixed in the desired location, allowing for free work within the distribution unit. The intelligent cable management system enables the cable to be laid and secured without difficulty. Additionally, the base plate features a PLC splitter holder and various options for cable entry. Two openings on the base plate allow for the insertion of 7 mm or 12 mm microducts. The head attachment on the base plate provides space for a splice holder, which can be replaced with any splice or shrink holder. The space on the base plate and the crimp holder can be used for through splicing. The second attachment includes a versatile splice cassette that can accommodate up to 12 couplings, providing space for 24 fibers. The twelve openings can be equipped with up to 12 LC duplex, 12 SC simplex, or 12 E-2000® couplings. The two head attachments in the splice cassette are equipped with two crimp splice holders for twelve fibers each, which can be replaced with standard splice or shrink holders. Finally, the wall housing is protected by a long cover, preventing access from the participant's side. The cover can also be locked with the installed cylinder lock. On the side, there is a device for sealing the splice box.
