The Edimax Pro GS-5424G Smart Switch features a web-based user interface, 24 Gigabit ports, and 4 SFP ports for optical connections. This allows for the use of multimode or single-mode SFP modules/transceivers for high-speed Gigabit data transmission over long distances. With intelligent features such as SNMP v3, Dual Firmware, Voice VLAN, DHCP Snooping, QoS, CoS, STP, 802.1Q VLAN, IPv4/IPv6, Port Trunk, IGMP v1/v2/v3 Snooping, and Mirroring, it provides a cost-effective, scalable, and secure switching solution for SMB networks. Edimax's special Long Range mode enables power and data transmission of up to 200 meters at a speed of 10 Mbit/s, making it ideal for IP cameras and applications with remote network devices. The Edimax GS-5424G is the perfect solution for extending the distance and speed of network server and backbone connections.
