The new Variant surge protector offers effective protection for connected household or office devices against voltage surges in the power grid. It is designed for devices such as desktop PCs, laptops, peripherals, audio/video, and multimedia equipment.
Since the protector is equipped with an IEC 320 C14 plug, the user can easily replace the power cable with one of their desired length. By default, the protector comes with a 2-meter detachable cable (grounded plug CEE 7/7 - IEC C320 C13).
The protector features five grounded outlets with a child safety system that prevents children from tampering with live components. Additional features include an LED indicator that shows whether the surge protection is active, an automatic fuse for quick and easy reactivation of the protection, and a lit two-pole switch.
