The Ethernet Routing Switch 3600 products offer a combination of Gigabit Ethernet ports for edge access and 10-Gigabit Ethernet ports for network uplinks. The ERS 3650GTS-PWR+ features 48 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet access ports with RJ45 interfaces; these ports also support 10/100 Mbps connectivity. Additionally, two SFP+ interfaces provide 10-Gigabit network uplink connectivity. There are also two extra interfaces that can be used either for virtual backplane links of the stackable chassis or for additional network uplinks.
