The MSA 2040 delivers this performance by leveraging a new controller architecture with a new processor, as well as utilizing four ports with 4 GB cache per controller and technologies like SSDs.

The MSA 2040 storage comes standard with 64 snapshots and volume copy, enhancing data protection and enabling replication with optional remote snap software between arrays.
