Product details

The Kingston IronKey Vault Privacy 80 external SSD is Kingston's first innovative, operating system-independent external SSD with hardware encryption for enhanced privacy and a touchscreen. The VP80ES protects against brute-force attacks and BadUSB with digitally signed firmware. As a safeguard against brute-force attacks, the drive automatically cryptodestructs after 15 incorrect entries of the admin and user passwords. The drive is FIPS 197 certified with XTS-AES-256-bit encryption using a Common Criteria EAL5+ certified secure microprocessor and is TAA compliant.
