Cat.7 Raw Cable: More Data Through the Line

The Cat.7 network cable is essentially an upgrade to the Cat.6A patch cable. It is equipped with a Cat.7 raw cable and designed for an operating frequency of up to 600 MHz as well as a transmission speed of up to 10 Gbit/s. In comparison, the Cat.6A raw cable has an operating frequency of 500 MHz. Due to the increased frequency, the Cat.7 patch cable can handle significantly more data traffic with Cat.6A connectors. Additional safety is provided by the halogen-free outer sheath of the Cat.7 cable.
