Compact fiber optic connection unit for surface mounting on flush-mounted or hollow wall boxes. The unit comes pre-assembled and ready for installation with single-mode internal cable and is equipped with couplings, including laser protection for connecting up to four fiber optic patch cables. The second side of the cable is open for insertion, pulling, or blowing into empty conduits. It is suitable for splicing or for the installation of field-assemblable fiber optic connectors OpDAT FAST Hybrid. The cable is conveniently wound on a cardboard reel. Two cable types are available: Mini-breakout cable Compact, white, 4.5 mm and FITH cable, white, 2.3 mm, single-mode fiber OS2, E9125 m, bend insensitive according to ITU-T G.657.A, compatible with G.652.D. Mounting materials are included in the delivery. The color of the unit is pure white, similar to RAL 9010. Cable lengths are available up to 100 m in increments. Replace XX in the article number with the length, e.g., 05=5 m, A0=100 m. All available variants can be created through the VADT configurator.
