Use these to connect other 100 Gigabit devices or utilize a breakout cable to connect multiple 25 Gigabit devices. This is where the fast switch chip truly shines: each port is connected to four 25 Gigabit lines. This means you can get up to 16 high-speed fiber interfaces from a single outdoor switch! This way, you can mix all kinds of connections: 100 Gigabit on one port, 40 Gigabit on another, 4x25 Gigabit on the third, and perhaps even some 10G or 1G cables on the fourth. This versatility comes in a robust, weatherproof housing with an IP66 rating. This rating proves that it is strong enough to handle powerful water jets from any direction!

When it comes to planning outdoor events, you can never be too well-prepared. Therefore, multiple power supply options are a must! The CRS504-4XQ-OUT has everything you need: there’s a standard DC input, a 2-pin terminal, and 802.3bt PoE-in. We have also retained the management and console ports to assist you in unexpected situations.

On the performance side, the CRS504-4XQ-OUT is a true workhorse, capable of handling VLANs, ACLs, MLAG, jumbo frames, and much more – even some L3 hardware offloading!
