The question is not for the Community, but for Digitec (where has the 'Report error' function gone?): Which device is it? The picture shows the Slate AX (GL-AXT1800, which is also mentioned in the quote from c't), but the model number and description match the Beryl AX (GL-MT3000). I assume the model number is correct, then the picture should definitely be corrected, as the Slate AX has three Ethernet ports, but the Beryl AX only has two (but a 2.5Gbps WAN port - whoever needs that for a travel router...).

Maybe this has been fixed in the meantime, the picture seems to be correct for me (2 Ethernet ports recognisable, one of them 2.5Gbps WAN). If there is still an error that I have overlooked, please let me know.😊

The price history shown is not correct. I had to buy the product on 31/12/2025 for CHF 139, although a price of CHF 118 is shown in the graphic. This is misleading!

Thanks for the hint. The price history shows the lowest price of the respective day. Due to a short-term marketplace offer or a daily price adjustment that was only valid for a limited period of time, prices may vary on the same day.

Hello everyone I want to set up a WLAN and a small network in my hobby room, also for Matter devices. Can I connect my iPhone 13 to this mobile router via USB and also attach a small switch so that I have a network with Internet access for my MacBook, iPad and other devices? I believe this is the Beryl AX, can any one confirm? I have read extensively about using a pair of these modems in order work abroad. One as client and the other as host on home wifi in der schweiz :-) Has anyone had success with this?

Hello, The Allnet GL_MT3000 is the Beryl AX, GL-MT3000, from Gl-iNet. Use Beryl with WireGuard VPN. Install the WireGuard Public Key server (e.g. Flint2 MT6000) on the Beryl. Connect Bery WiFi to guest WiFi and activate WireGuard VPB. Works without problems, good throughput. Reliable.
