after eternal research between ravpower and anker and gem. availabilities, as well as presumably "inclusion" of a wall charger decided for this one. i hope the 87W output on USB C is enough to extend notebook endurance acceptably. this probably refers to 60W-version. with this 100W (charge) - output are 87W max... for 180 cents, it only comes with a lousy usbc-usbc cable. no adapter. but you do get a fluffy, dust-proof and stylish "transport saw". great. maybe you should add that to the description, or recommend the appropriate adapter... especially when the 60W version of the elite powercore III... seems to come with a charging adapter as standard. manual seems to be almost non-existent. keyword-style. even online at anker there is no detailed manual, not even the mini manual. i'm not an electronics engineer... but i guess you can charge via two usbc inputs at the same time (but it says so explicitly only in another manual, powercore 2) according to keyword-fötzel inputs usbc... 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 15V/3A, 20V/5A... since according to the online calculator 20V/5A corresponds to the max. 100W input and these values cannot really be divided sensibly into double inputs... it probably makes the most sense to enter 20V/5A full directly at one input. but who knows exactly with such "instructions/docs" and tech specs of the manufacturer. as a layman, you can only research around unnecessarily and guess a little. any recommendations on suitable adapters/solutions? i've been trying to charge 2x 5V/2A for 2-3 hours with 2x (separate/different adapters). still 2 out of 8 charging points. which is probably less surprising with 26k mAh. packaging great. and then you have to deal with such absolutely unnecessary challenges as a customer. that's one way to annoy customers, i was actually very satisfied with other anker products. come on we send customers a 26k powerbank WITHOUT charging adapter. Joke's on you! HAh! - In this price range... Really... saved at the wrong end.

Is an adapter included in the scope of delivery so that the powerbank can be charged from the mains (wall socket)? If not, what additional product do I need?

A powerbank never comes with a charger, not even for 180 francs, and in my opinion that's a pretty exaggerated price for such a powerbank. To charge it, you need a high-quality charger, e.g. one of these: Aukey Omnia PA-B6S + USB C cable (90 W, GaN Technology, Power Delivery 3.0, Quick Charge 4.0, Adaptive Fast Charge)

Hello everyone! I bought the powerbank. Sometimes it charges the laptop or mobile without any problems as soon as I plug it in, but sometimes the powerbank draws power from the laptop, which is of course counterproductive (even when it is almost fully charged). I can't change that then. Am I doing something wrong (the instructions are unfortunately not comprehensive) or is this a defect and I should send it back?

The max. output voltage according to the manual is 20V 4.35A

On my model it says up to 20V with 4.35A on the back, which gives the 87W (20x4.35). At 15V it can deliver 3A (45W). On the laptop when charging with the powerbank I have seen over 60W, so that must have been in 20V mode.

Is this battery bank also fine for flights? I remember that there was a max of lithium possible to take to a flight.

Hello Ueli Yes, this is not properly explained in the user manual (which does not really deserve its name). But there are basically two ways to charge the Elite: Possibility 1: You take 2 normal USB chargers (they should deliver 2A at 5V) and charge via the two USB-C plugs. You don't have to do anything special, because the PowerCore automatically recognises what is connected to it. I can't say how long the charging process takes, except that it was done in the morning. Option 2: You can buy the "Anker PowerPort+ Atom III (60W, PowerIQ)". This is intended for the PowerCore. I tried option 1 and the Atom III is on its way to me right now. I hope this helps. LG,. Ed
