Can the light protection screen be removed?

Is it normal that this screen does not have good black tones? I sent mine back to Digitec because of massive pixel errors, now I've received a used replacement unit, first it was totally dirty with fingerprints that I could hardly remove and glue residue and somehow the black tone just doesn't seem good enough, super washed out and grey. Any ideas? I might just have to send it in again....

Does the monitor has noise on white when you look at it under 45 degree? Also when to look near the frame corners - do you see layers like light part is a bit deeper than rendered lines? Two months ago I bought this monitor, BenQ PhotoVue SW321C, from you and also paid for it. After several requests, I was assured of a delivery date at the end of February/beginning of March. Today, on 03 March 2020, the monitor is still not there and I read under my order the terse message that the delivery date has been exceeded. digitec does not respond promptly or at all to written queries. Is this how digitec deals with customers who order regularly?

Somehow I can't shake the impression that the product is not yet ready for series production. Corona cannot explain this delay of almost six months. Better not to buy the first models, but wait a little...
