I am the owner of a CAT-S62 Pro. As I am a fan of wired headphones, I wanted to connect them via the USB-C <> Jack adapter. However, the CAT does not recognise any headphones on this port. Tried with adapters from 2 different manufacturers and 3 different headphones. I didn't find anything on the web (charging works, aso, with charging cable nota bene). So question to CAT-S62 owners: Is it just not working and I have to switch to Bluetooth, is my port broken (it works for you) or do I need a specific adapter from a specific manufacturer? Thanks :)

I've been using the CAT S62 Pro for a week now and every second caller complains that my voice comes across as choppy or very distant, making phoning a pain. This is regardless of where I am calling from or whether I am calling via 4G or WIFI. Have any of the other users of the CAT S62 Pro also noticed similar problems and have any suggestions for a solution?

I have a leak in the underfloor heating in my house, which means that it only heats in certain places and not in others. Would it be possible with the thermal imaging camera of the S62 Pro to identify the pipes that have a leak? The pipes are about 10 cm into the floor. Are there any videos that show this or a similar scenario? I have not been able to find any. If there are, I would appreciate a link to the videos. Thanks in advance.

Hello Zebbel, Yes, that will certainly work. I often need the IR camera. With my underfloor heating, I can see the pipe run clearly. Unfortunately I can't send pictures here, but you can find me on Instagram "Foxlin78". I can take pictures as you like. I often use the camera for electrical installations, but you have to pay attention to a few details with IR, reflections and such can play a trick on you.

I have no complaints about the sound quality when making calls, but I have never tested how good the speaker is for playing music. The same applies to the volume. It is loud enough to make a phone call "at the ear" (between several milling machines it becomes too quiet, but we are talking about an environment in which hearing protection would actually be necessary). My S62 is up to date and the thermal imaging camera works. As far as the volume is concerned, I would actually like to see more, a smartphone designed for work should still be understood loud and clear when you are standing in the middle of the noise with hearing protection, CAT seems to be taking the view that you can't hear anything then anyway. However, the next challenge is to muffle the background noise so that the person you are talking to can hear you at all...
